Red, White, and Blue Waffles 

 

Ingredients:
2 cups Aunt Jemima Complete Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
1-1/2 cups water
1/3 cup oil
1 pint of fresh strawberries
1 pint of fresh blueberries
1/2 gallon vanilla or cherry ice cream
Whipped cream (optional)

  2. Heat waffle iron. Combine 2 cups Aunt Jemima mix, 1-1/2 cups water, and 1/3 cup oil. Mix with wire whisk just until large lumps disappear. Let batter rest for 5 minutes. Pour desired amount of batter onto lightly greased waffle iron. Bake until steam stops. Serve with ice cream while the waffles are warm. Garnish with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and whipped cream. Enjoy!
